You're high functioning on the outside but exhausted on the inside, You feel guilty for struggling because "others have it worse", You're strong for everyone else and quietly unravelling alone. Shrinking yourself to avoid conflict saying "its fine" while your chest tightens. Being productive but emotionally numb, feeling guilty for having needs. You've carried emotional pain so long that your nervous system thinks peace is suspicious.
You're not dramatic
You're not weak
You're not too sensitive
You're responding normally to what you've been through
Before I tell you what I do, I want you to know how I work. I don't believe healing comes from pushing through pain, or forcing yourself to be stronger. I believe healing happens when you're nervous system finally feels safe enough to soften, without comprising your beliefs,Your values, or dignity as a Muslim woman. I create a safe space fro muslim women to heal from heartbreak, divorce, burnout and overwhelm of motherhood. You're not alone and you don't have to heal alone.
Our work is rooted in Trauma- informed principles with lived experiences and compassion. We understand healing isn't one size fits all, its personal, practical and transformative. We work with Muslim Woman in all walks of life, from single mums rebuilding their life to working mums who feel over stimulated, all who look capable on the outside but are carrying emotional trauma on the inside. This works exists because too many muslim women are told to endure, without being taught how to feel safe again.

Bullet List 5
Im Rosy Akhtar, trained ICF and CPD accredited Somatic trauma-informed positive psychology leadership and Educator. I am passionate about empowering women to heal, reclaim their confidence and rebuild their lives both personally and professionally. With experience in the education system to over 5 years experience as an emotional empowerment expert to over 15 years years lived experience, so I understand first hand how muslim women carry trauma silently at home, at work or as a mother. I know how exhausting this scan be in all the roles you try and juggle. As a mother of amazing children, I know how it feels to be emotionally drained whilst carrying your past pains and wounds, yet you still have to show up for them. My work is based at the core of one simple belief, Healing is possible, and every woman deserves to live a life rooted in inner peace, confidence and authentic freedom both at home and in her professional too.
In addition to my client work, I'm a proud brand partner of the Mental Wellbeing Company, delivering CPD accredited trauma-informed training for schools, parents and organisations. I help create emotionally safe workplaces and learning environments where trauma is understood, and women and children are supported.

For a long time, I was living in survival, even though from the outside, it didn't look that way. I was functioning, caring for others. Holding responsibilities and showing up, but inside I was deeply fatigued, emotionally, mentally and physically- in a way that rest alone didn't touch. After the birth of my fourth child, that survival mode become impossible to ignore. I was navigating depression while continuing to put everyone else first, my children, my family expectations and responsibilities. I learned how to keep going even when I felt empty, heavy and disconnect from myself.
